can be managed in an environmentally safe manner.
Using the General Requirements and specific requirements on this section, the contractor shall supply, install, commission, and
provide training and spare parts (for scheduled one year) of an Incinerator.
The contractor shall supply, install, commission, and provide training and spare parts (for scheduled one year) an incinerator camps. The
proposed Incinerator should have the following specification parameters or approve equal. Bidder should elaborate the proposed variance of
any portion of this specifications and the impact it might have on the desired general propose of the incinerators.

The contractor shall provide and install incinerators that meet the following emission and operating standards: Combustion
efficiency (C.E.) shall be at least 99.0%. The combustion efficiency shall be computed as followed:
C.E=(CO2X100)/(%CO2 +%CO)
The primary combustion chamber shall be as the primary combustion zone and shall be equipped with a burner/s burning gas or low
sulphur liquid fuel. Primary air supply is to be controlled efficiently.
The secondary combustion chamber shall be as the secondary combustion zone and shall be fitted with a burner/s burning gas or low
sulphur liquid fuel.
The exhaust gas stack (chimney) shall extend above the general terrain in the immediate vicinity of the plant, in order to disperse
the combustion gas products adequately. The chimney shall have a minimum height of nine (9) meters above ground level and clear the highest
point of the building by not less than six (6) meters for flat roofs or 3 meters for pitched roofs. The topography and height of adjacent
buildings (i.e. closer than 5 meters chimney height) shall be taken into account. There shall not be any security threats to the adjacent
buildings due to the installation of gas stack.
