2) After we buy your products, what’s services you can support? (technical transfer, install training, design’s support), how long is your warranty period? In your warranty period, what’s our interests? (technical support via email or telephone when the cremation has problem, change the damage spare parts etc…) If we don’t have support, please advise us your price for your addition services?
