If you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account, you can access the Account tab in the control panel located at:
https://www.goldenfrog.com/login
After logging in with your username and password, access the ‘Account’ tab on the left side. To upgrade or downgrade your account level, click ‘Change Account Level’ beneath the service you wish to modify.
